When can I check-in?  What time is check out?

Your room is available for check-in from 4pm, check-out time is before 11am.  If you are arriving early or would like a later checkout time please contact us (additional charges may apply).

Do you accept group bookings?

If you are reserving 5 or more rooms for your party please contact us.

Does the hotel accommodate people with disabilities?

We have a number of adapted rooms and all public areas including reception, bar and restaurant are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us directly for more information. 

Does the hotel accept pets?

The hotel accept pets till 5 kg (charges apply). Other pets, with exception of guide dogs, are not permitted in the restaurant.

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy will depend on the rate plan you have booked, details can be found on our cancellation policy page or on your confirmation email.

How will my details be used?

Do you have smoking rooms?

We have a number of designated smoking and non-smoking rooms, please request at time of booking.

Does the hotel have internet access?

All bedrooms are equipped with high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi is available in public areas.

Do your bathrooms have bath or shower?

All bathrooms are en suite with fantastic power showers.
